Way out Candidasa way, in the town of Manggis, just beside the Amankila, Karma Agung residences will be rising soon from the seashore. The beaches out there are great, where there are beaches. In the centre of Candidasa proper, the shoreline eroded away years ago, thanks to reef destruction for building materials.

Ooo, this is another biggie, with a land-side clubhouse and spa, as well as a beach club. There will be apartments, villas and building lots, so you could say there will be something for everyone.

This is going to be another big one. It’s a themed community focused on various healing modalities from around the world. The word is that one of the main investor-sponsors is a retired racecar driver. Businesses with factories and workshops in the Tabanan area are having difficulty hiring and keeping staff, as it seems everyone wants to apply for jobs at Vitalife.

This one will be an apartment block on quite a grand scale, already rising fast, near the Sunset Road in Kuta.

The Banyan Tree Ungasan, down on the Bukit not far from the Bulgari resort is going to be a big, big one.

La Vie villas will be conveniently located in Seminyak. They look more like townhouses than villas, though, but what’s in a word?

Already under construction, the Batubelig Residences is strategically located near the beach on the shortcut road that connects Seminyak and Canggu. These residences designed by Fredo Taffin are expected to sell at well over a million dollars each. Location location location.
