so this happens not only in bali , poverty ,people with money but no idea of design so they go for basics and never extract the potentiality
laws that conform with building industry .in fact most of the exclusive properties in bali are owned from foreigners

if people asking about Balinese’ building/house, the answer is :
7. lotsa Balinese still live in poverty, to afford a proper house.
8. how they can afford architect to design their houses, even for daily life they still get less than they expect (like I do)
9. To build a real Bali style house (with bale bengong, bale daja etc.) minimal you need around 6 are, and that’s a lot cost for us Balinese nowadays …
10. hmmm … let me think of it, cuz Government won’t think about it anyway …

causes with no remedies:
1. low cost design & build
2. explore & banns for money only
3. without proper drainage & sewage treatment plant
4. without law & government permit
5. cheap land prices
